1. Acceptance of Terms

• Rent Phone Numbers
• Social Media Boosting (SMM)
• eSIM Plans
• Crypto Trading & Wallet Top-Up
• Mobile Data & Airtime

You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have legal capacity to enter binding contracts.
• Use our services only in jurisdictions where they are legal.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials safe and secure.
• All activity performed under your account.
• Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts displaying suspicious activity.

4. Payment & Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

• Phone number rentals cancelled within 5 minutes of order.
• Failed eSIM activation due to technical faults.
• Double payment charges.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for:

• Illegal activities including fraud, scams, phishing, or theft.
• Spamming, harassment, or spreading malicious content.
• Bypassing platform bans or restrictions.
• Reselling our services without explicit developer authorization.
• Automated abuse of the API.

6. Phone Number Rentals

Rented numbers are:

• For verification only.
• Shared or dedicated based on your package selection.
• Active strictly for the specified rental duration.
• Not transferable or reusable after the rental period.

We do not guarantee OTP delivery. Failed SMS verifications will be refunded where supported.

7. Social Media Boosting

SMM services:

• May drop in quantity over time. We cannot guarantee permanence.
• Are delivered complying with platform Terms of Service at the time of delivery.

You are solely responsible for compliance with social platform regulations.

8. eSIM, Data & Airtime

These connectivity services:

• Are non-refundable once activated or loaded.
• Are dependent on local telecom network conditions.
• May contain regional carrier restrictions.

Please double-check your device's eSIM compatibility prior to booking.

9. Crypto Services

Crypto transactions:

• Are for account wallet top-up and transfers only.
• Do not constitute investment or financial advice.
• Are subject to network gas/transfer fees.

All digital token transactions are final. We are not liable for market losses or incorrect wallet destination entries.

10. Intellectual Property

Bitro360 owns all proprietary code, interface assets, content, and brand identifiers. You are prohibited from copying, reverse engineering, or using branding without explicit written consent.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account access if you:

• Violate any clause of these terms.
• Engage in payment fraud or chargebacks.
• Abuse our APIs or staff.

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Service outages or third-party telecom disconnects.
• Account suspensions on external services.
• Loss of data, tokens, or wallet assets.

Maximum cumulative liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in the past 30 days.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Nigerian law. All disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Lagos, Nigeria.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of Bitro360 indicates full acceptance of revised terms.
